It’s hard to comprehend people who feel that it is reasonable (let alone ethical, let alone bankers) to get paid on the order of $50 MILLION a year.

What is interesting in our civilized society is not so much the few greedy who commit these atrocities, nor even the masses who accept being victims of these atrocities but rather the shortcomings of the enlightened few who have not yet figured out how to eliminate these atrocities. Because, what is fascinating about these atrocities is that for the first time since the dawn of human history, we have the tools to do battle with these atrocities.
